FACULTY OF ARTS AND SCIENCES
Our faculty was established in 2003-2004 academic year as a subordinate of Gaziantep University in 8 departments, namely Turkish Language and Literature, Western Languages and Literatures, History, Geography, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.
With the establishment of Kilis 7 Aralik University on 29 May 2007, our Faculty became one of the academic institutions affiliated to Kilis 7 Aralik University.
Teaching programs in our faculty are updated every year. In order to increase their general competence, the students can also benefit from elective courses in different programs of the university. Within the scope of national and international educational cooperation opportunities, many of our students have the opportunity to continue their education in different and distinguished higher education institutions through Erasmus, Farabi, Mevlana and other bilateral protocols.
In addition, students can meet their accomodation needs thanks to the dormitories of the Higher Education Student Loans and Dormitories Institution, which are within walking distance of our faculty.
In our Faculty building, which was built by the Istanbul Kilis Foundation and has an area of 6200 m2, there are 12 classrooms, 1 amphitheater, 1 conference hall, 1 meeting room, 1 GIS classroom and 1 canteen.
With its rising academic background and future goals, our faculty hosts nearly 2000 students from Türkiye and abroad, and continues to contribute to our country's qualified manpower and economic resources with undergraduate and graduate education opportunities.
